We are looking for new people to join our existing team. Working for Ivybridge Town Council, within The Watermark, you will help us to provide the best experience for our valued customers. We need enthusiastic and creative people to help us continue to develop The Watermark business.
Watermark Supervisor (full or part time) – £13,589 pro rata
You will be helping with the day to day running of The Watermark, including operating our digital cinema, setting up rooms ready for events and working on the front desk and in the Coffee Shop.
Watermark Coffee Shop Supervisor (part time, 32 hours per week) – £11,752
You will mainly be working in the coffee shop, but also preparing delicious food for functions and events. You will be happy to help create and develop menus to suit our customers’ needs.
Benefits include ability to join the Local Government Pension Scheme and 21 days holiday per year, plus public holidays. Both roles will require you to be a key holder and secondary call out for the alarm system and include weekend and evening hours on a rota basis.

On Thursday night we welcomed for the first time The Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Concert Band. An enjoyable evening was had by all who attended with a very favourable feedback of how uplifting the performance was. We hope they will come back and see us again next year, perhaps a Christmas show?
