By Rail:

There is a local railway station approximately half a mile from Erme Court. Telephone numbers for local taxi companies are available at the station.

By Road:

Directions from Exeter:

1. Take the A38 Devon Expressway in the direction of Plymouth.

 2. After the South Brent exit you will see the “Park and Ride” / “British Rail” signs for Ivybridge, this is not the best exit to take.

 3. You should leave the A38 at the WESTOVER exit. The word Westover is clearly visible at the top of the Ivybridge exit sign.

 4. At the end of the slip road turn right and then at the next T-junction turn right again to travel back OVER the A38.

 5. At the roundabout take the 3rd exit (Western Road) and at the next roundabout take the 2nd exit (Marjorie Kelly Way). Beware of the giving way to the left.

 6. At the third roundabout take the 2nd exit (Leonards Road). You will then see a BP petrol station on your right.

 7. Turn into the car park opposite this petrol station and the Watermark will be in front of you.
